A new opportunity is now open for a Site Supervisor to join the Customer Support function in Centrica Distributed Energy and Power.

As a Site Supervisor you will provide team leadership support and direct client liaison to support our UK and Ireland distributed operations, as part of the Customer Support function of Centrica Distributed Energy and Power. You will help creating the culture, systems and processes to deliver a safe and industry best in class customer experience.
You will be supporting the teams with general activities such as scheduling equipment, hosting internal team meetings, managing external visitors, site administration, ensuring accuracy of reporting mechanisms. You will also assist in the preparation of quotations to meet client expectations.
Part of your responsibilities will be ensuring Ensure the quality of the engineers reports and include post completion checks, supporting the approval process as required to ensure smooth operations, ordering of equipment and materials as well as internal and external business communications.
As a Site Supervisor you will identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate, ensure the successful delivery of engineer operations, conduct performance reviews as required and motivate team members.
You will be the go to person for customer service and engineer’s day to day requirements and to attend regular client meetings and will ensure that KPI’s, SLA’s, right sizing of delivery teams and monthly financial targets are met.
As part of your role, you will be a HSE champion and adhere to the Competence and Training framework policy and procedures to ensure you attain and maintain the required competency level to perform the role
Naturally, you have worked before in a supervisory or managerial role, possess excellent communication and leadership skills as well as great organisational skills and an eye for detail in a fast-paced environment. Your background also includes document and customer experience management, having worked in an energy services or construction environment and knowledge of MS Office applications. Furthermore, you are a Health and Safety exemplar and have the ability to train employees when needed.
You are also willing to travel to UK customer sites as required.
