We are delighted to announce the launch of our Virtual Training Courses, giving delegates the opportunity to learn from the comfort of their own home, whilst still receiving the same level of content and interaction you’d get from attending one of our training centres.
We’re offering several of our courses taught from our all new virtual learning lounge, including the Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) courses BCM01 – BCM06 and the City & Guilds 2382-18, 18th Edition course, with more courses coming soon.
Our virtual training courses will be delivered online by one of our electrical tutors, just as they would be in a classroom facility. This is training online but not to be mistaken for E-learning. The courses will be delivered in real time using video conferencing software that gives delegates the opportunity to watch and listen to the tutor, follow the presentation live and interact and ask any questions they may have. There will be scheduled course dates with start and end times, and short breaks throughout the sessions, as opposed to E-Learning where courses are pre-recorded and you can join at any time.

Delegates can access our virtual learning via a PC, laptop or tablet. Once you have made a booking, we’ll send you your joining instructions with the link to access the training – it really is that simple.
For the BCIA courses, you’ll be able to complete the assessment online, straight after the course. For our City and Guilds offering, the exam will take place at our Rotherham training centre the next working day and will be conducted 1-to-1 with one of our centre invigilators, adhering to the social distancing guidelines. Your exam time slot will be arranged with you shortly after we receive your course booking.
