We refer to this process as a TNA. The information from this process could then be utilised as part of a skills matrix, such that training, job/task allocation and development could be targeted and monitored in future.
The process would involve speaking with a selection of your workforce to understand the type of work they undertake, the locations they work in e.g. Working at heights, hazardous areas and the skills required to complete their work in a safe and compliant manner.
The information gained from this would allow us to build a skills matrix required for each role and provide you with a recommendation on the training and knowledge required to ensure your staff can fulfill their role in compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation.
